Casa FC Porto Sydney is an incorporated association in New South Wales and an official affiliated Casa of Futebol Clube do Porto, Portugal. You can find the network of Casas at casas.fcporto.pt.

2. Use of this website

  • Use this website only for lawful purposes.
  • Do not transmit viruses, spam, malicious code, or unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene or offensive material.

  • The name “FC Porto”, all associated logos and official images are trademarks and intellectual property of Futebol Clube do Porto, Portugal, used under licence.

  • You must not copy, reproduce, distribute or modify content without our prior written consent, or that of Futebol Clube do Porto.

  • This website links to external sites, including the official FC Porto membership site at socios.fcporto.pt.
  • We provide these links for convenience only and are not responsible for the content or practices of external sites.

5. Membership

  • Casa FC Porto Sydney offers membership to supporters. Membership applications are handled by the Club.
  • Applicants under 18 require the consent of a parent or legal guardian, obtained as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • Agreeing to receive club communications is optional and is never a condition of membership.
  • As an affiliated Casa, we provide a list of our members to Casas FC Porto in Portugal. What is shared, and how to opt out, is set out in our Privacy Policy.
  • Membership of the official FC Porto club is separate and must be completed at socios.fcporto.pt. Casa FC Porto Sydney is not responsible for registration on the official FC Porto site.

6. Merchandise and orders

  • All purchases are subject to availability and confirmation of your order.
  • Prices are shown in Australian dollars and are the full amount you pay at checkout.
  • Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not see or store your card details.
  • Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns by our Refund and Returns Policy.

7. Your consumer rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or modifies those rights.

8. Limitation of liability

  • This website is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
