Where we ship

We ship within Australia only.

If you are outside Australia and would like club merchandise, please email info@casafcporto.sydney.

Shipping rates

We send all orders by Australia Post Parcel Post.

Postage is charged at a flat rate based on the size of parcel your order needs.

1 to 2 scarves	$12.00
3 to 4 scarves, or an order including a mug	$16.40
5 or more scarves	$20.70

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are the full amount you pay at checkout. The exact rate is calculated at checkout before you pay.

These rates cover Australia Post’s prepaid satchel postage and packaging. We do not add a handling fee.

We do not offer express post, and we do not offer free shipping.

Order processing

We are a volunteer run supporter club, so orders are packed and posted by members rather than a warehouse.

Orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 business days of payment. We do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery estimates

Once your parcel has been dispatched, Australia Post’s guide for Parcel Post is 2 to 8 business days, depending on distance.

This is an estimate provided by Australia Post, not a guarantee. Once a parcel is with Australia Post, delivery times are outside our control. Regional and remote deliveries can take longer.

Tracking

Where a tracking number is available, it is emailed to you automatically when your order is dispatched. If you cannot find it, please check your spam folder and then contact us.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please double check your delivery address at checkout, including your unit or apartment number.

If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect, incomplete or the parcel went unclaimed, please contact us to arrange redelivery. Reposting will be at your cost.

Parcels lost or damaged in transit

If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable time, or arrives damaged, email info@casafcporto.sydney with your order number and we will help you follow it up with Australia Post.

Your rights in this situation are covered by our Refund and Returns Policy and by the Australian Consumer Law.
